- Dried fruits (raisins, apricots, banana, apple chips, etc.)
- Coffee with sugar
- Soda
- Gatorade
- Tea/Iced Tea with sugar

- Cakes
- Power bars
- Sugared cereals
- Juices containing sugar (Hi-C, Kool-Aid, Hawaiian Punch)
- Red Bull and other energy drinks
- Licorice
